As part of Closer to Home Community Services, you will play a vital role in enhancing the organization’s communication efforts. Your focus will include developing strategies, maintaining social media platforms, and producing various forms of original content. Share impactful stories that highlight community strengths and drive awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and evaluate effective communication strategies

• Ensure consistency in written documents and materials

• Design printed content, including brochures and newsletters

• Maintain engaging social media presence and website updates

• Collaborate with staff to gather compelling client stories

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related discipline

• Minimum 3 years in communications or public relations

• Skilled in Microsoft Office and social media tools

• Excellent writing and editing skills with media experience

• Proof of Class 5 Alberta driver’s license and vehicle needed
