Position: Digital Marketing Campaign Manager Role

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be pivotal in executing integrated campaigns that drive audience engagement and business growth. A self-starter with 3–5 years of relevant experience, you will not only oversee paid marketing efforts but also support the technical management of email and data marketing systems. Collaborating with creative and analytical teams is essential to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of marketing campaigns

• Manage digital marketing and paid media strategies

• Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for integrated initiatives

• Track and analyze campaign performance for optimization

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of progressive marketing experience

• Familiarity with youth culture and sports entertainment

• Strong digital media management skills

• Bilingual (English/French) is preferred

• Ability to work varied hours and travel as required
