As a Community Engagement Manager, you will operate in the strength community, fostering relationships on platforms like Reddit and Facebook while spearheading grass-roots initiatives. Expected to have 3+ years in community management, marketing, or brand partnerships, your role includes activities such as managing engagement, running ambassador programs, and supporting local events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain active engagement on social platforms, responding authentically

• Build community maps and run gym seeding programs

• Coordinate local ambassador and sponsorship initiatives

• Partner with brand teams to localize marketing content

• Transform showrooms into vibrant community hubs

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in community management or grass-roots marketing

• Strong written communication and relationship management skills

• Passion for strength training and community involvement

• Willingness to travel approximately 10%

• Experience in content creation is a plus
