Mark's is searching for a detail-oriented Digital Content Analyst to manage and enrich product content effectively. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including buyers and purchasing teams, to ensure accuracy and quality for the site’s Product Detail Pages (PDPs). You will also support ongoing content initiatives to further improve user engagement on the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard and manage product content for PDPs
• Monitor and resolve content-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with buyers for vendor information enrichment
• Collect high-quality visual content from vendors
• Prepare and present progress reports on team initiatives
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• Proven experience in eCommerce content roles
• Strong understanding of CMS and eCommerce platforms
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of SEO principles related to product content
