Promotions Strategy Consultant

Play a key role in shaping promotional strategies with Mark's as a Pricing & Promotions Consultant. Your expertise will enhance promotional efficiency and customer engagement.

This full-time consultant position reports to the Manager of Pricing & Promo Strategy. Expected to provide strategic recommendations, you will coordinate with multiple teams including merchandising and marketing. Your goal is to ensure promotions highlight product selections effectively while preparing actionable strategy reviews for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present promotional optimization strategies

• Analyze promotional data for actionable insights

• Manage strategy reviews and stakeholder engagement

• Design creative layouts for flyers and postcards

• Communicate effectively to influence key business decisions

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a marketing or merchandising role

• Degree in Business or related field

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools

• Familiarity with financials related to merchandising is preferred
