Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Preventous Collaborative Health, Preventous & XONE we are revolutionizing healthcare by integrating cutting‑edge technology, data‑driven insights, and a human‑centered approach to patient care. We believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and we are dedicated to creating a dynamic workplace that fosters innovation, well‑being, and excellence.

If you're a social media professional, you know that social done right goes beyond just “checking off the box” for posting on a routine basis on the channels you manage.

Your Team and Role

As our Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator, you will be part of our Marketing team – a small but powerful group of passionate professionals (in‑house, with a few outsourced partners) who drive the Preventous brands forward through thoughtful, strategic marketing and communications.

In this role, you'll lead strategy, content creation, and community engagement for all of Preventous' social media channels. You should be confident in managing both short‑form and long‑form video creation, editing, and publishing across platforms. If you move to the interview stage, we may ask for your insights on our current social media strategy across our three brands.

Creativity is essential, and expertise with video content will give you an edge. We’re looking for someone with proven experience developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, build brand awareness, and support business goals, all while crafting compelling calls to action.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Work with leadership and the marketing team to develop a strategic content plan for Preventous social channels aimed at engagement, conversation, audience growth, and business alignment.
  • Lead and maintain the editorial content calendar across all social platforms.
  • Plan, create, and post both short‑form and long‑form video content tailored to each platform, using native tools or third‑party video editing software.
  • Create collaboration opportunities and work with key partners to produce engaging co‑branded content.
  • Research and build partnerships with influencers and creators to grow the Preventous/healthy aging brand ambassador network.
  • Manage basic paid social promotions to increase reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with staff and stakeholders to develop multimedia content (e.g. infographics, GIFs, videos).
  • Explore and evaluate new social media platforms and tools for brand fit and content opportunities.
  • Work with clinical teams to ensure content is medically accurate and aligned with brand values.
  • Lead day‑to‑day community management and engage authentically with followers and other relevant accounts.
  • Regularly analyze channel performance and adjust strategy/content accordingly to maximize results.
  • Prepare KPI reports for marketing and leadership to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Attend and document events (internal/external) for real‑time or repurposed social content.
  • Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure continued growth and relevance.
What You Need to Be Successful
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field – or significant hands‑on experience in social media.
  • A natural storyteller with excellent writing skills and the ability to tailor strategies to evolving trends.
  • Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, and You Tube – with a strong grasp of content marketing principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in both short‑form (e.g. Reels, Tik Toks) and long‑form (e.g. You Tube, IGTV, interview clips) video creation, editing, and publishing.
  • A passion for healthy living and/or beauty/skincare. (Or both!)
  • A relationship‑focused mindset and experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
  • Proficiency with design and editing tools such as Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro, or app‑native video editors.
  • Ability to report on and analyze metrics to inform content strategy.
What You’re Bringing to the Table
  • Up to 3 years of experience in marketing, either in‑house or as a consultant.
  • Self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Strong writing, speaking, and content creation skills.
  • Excellent multitasking abilities and confidence in managing deadlines and expectations.
  • A problem‑solving, "everything is figure‑outable" mindset.
  • A team‑player attitude and eagerness to contribute to shared success.
  • Great time‑management and organizational skills.
Benefits
  • Company events
  • Dental care
  • Extended health care
  • On‑site parking
  • Paid time off
  • Store discount
  • Wellness program
