In this role, reporting to the Manager of Pricing & Promo Strategy, you will apply 3-5 years of experience to consult on promotional strategy and offer selection. The successful candidate will work closely with analytics, merchandising, and marketing teams, ensuring promotions showcase Mark's products effectively to maximize sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct optimization strategies for promotional offers

• Lead collaborative discussions with Merchant and Marketing teams

• Present analytical insights and recommendations

• Assist in creating marketing materials, including flyers

• Analyze financial metrics related to merchandising

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years in a relevant marketing role

• Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel

• Knowledge of retail analytics tools is a plus
