Join UFA as a Marketing Specialist dedicated to customer growth and lifecycle marketing. This full-time position engages you in executing data-driven strategies aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and retention.

You will report to the Marketing Manager and focus on developing targeted marketing initiatives across various digital and traditional channels.

Your role includes applying customer insights, working closely with internal teams, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. Collaboration with Product Marketing and Analytics will be key to executing successful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement lower-funnel campaigns for customer retention

• Contribute to lifecycle marketing initiatives

• Translate business goals into clear campaign briefs

• Support digital and traditional marketing efforts

• Track campaign performance and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Marketing or related

• 5-7 years in integrated or digital marketing

• Solid understanding of digital channels

• Proven project management abilities

• Occasional travel to locations required
