In this hands-on role, you will manage end-to-end customer marketing programs aimed at extracting maximum value from our existing user base. Combining your customer knowledge and marketing skills, you will design engaging campaigns, webinars, and content that highlight user success stories and drive product adoption. You will be the voice of the customer, responsible for cross-functional collaboration to optimize and enhance user experiences for greater retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute customer marketing campaigns end-to-end

• Create tailored messaging for the existing customer base

• Build a content engine from customer activity and feedback

• Promote new product features to enhance user adoption

• Design engagement programs across various channels

Requirements:

• 4+ years in customer or product marketing in SaaS

• Proven track record of executing marketing programs

• Strong data analysis skills for audience segmentation

• Hands-on experience with Hub Spot or similar platforms

• Proficiency in utilizing AI for marketing improvement
