Position: Creative Strategist for Advantage HQ
Drive innovative video marketing as a Creative Strategist at Advantage HQ. This role demands creativity and analytics to shape compelling stories for multiple platforms.

As a Creative Strategist, you'll manage video production from concept to testing across Tik Tok, Facebook, and You Tube while collaborating closely with content creators and editors. You will analyze data and utilize insights to craft performance ads that enhance client revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end video production and iteration

• Analyze consumer and competitor data for insights

• Collaborate with production teams for compelling content

• Write engaging scripts and copy for ads and campaigns

• Execute on feedback from Creative Strategy Lead

Requirements:

• 5+ years relevant experience in creative roles

• Strong paid social or Direct Response background

• Excellent communication skills for complex ideas

• Proficient in FB Ads Manager and social platforms

• Strong project management abilities in dynamic settings
