In this key role, you will report to the Manager, Digital Merchandising, and take charge of hands-on merchandising using Adobe Experience Manager. Your focus will include content placement, product presentation, and promotional strategies across Mark’s eCommerce platforms. Collaborating with various teams, you will work to ensure a seamless customer experience while aiming to meet commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute merchandising journeys across digital channels
• Translate business goals into engaging online experiences
• Monitor site performance and customer behavior
• Partner with optimization teams for continuous improvements
• Manage workflows within the Digital Merchandising team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in eCommerce or digital merchandising
• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager
• Strong analytical skills and project management
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement
