As the Marketing Coordinator, you will oversee all marketing request intakes while triaging elements to ensure effective processing. You will manage Group
23’s brand asset library and maintain the organization’s digital presence. You will support both promotional and event logistics alongside internal communications, contributing to a values-driven culture that enhances the standard of sports medicine.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the intake process for all marketing requests

• Manage the brand asset library and template inventory

• Coordinate external vendors for digital marketing efforts

• Produce in-house digital content and coordinate events

• Execute the Booking & Capacity Marketing playbook

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in Marketing or related field

• 1-2 years in marketing or coordinator roles

• Experience in social media and email marketing

• Familiarity with paid advertising on Google and Meta

• Police Information Check required for employment
