Integrated Marketing Events Manager

Drive strategic marketing initiatives as the Integrated Marketing Events Manager, orchestrating impactful events for iON. Oversee event calendar, planning, and execution, ensuring alignment with growth and engagement goals.

In this role, you will manage an integrated event calendar that aligns with partner commitments and sales plans. Your focus will be on planning iON-hosted events, including flagship conferences and technical sessions, while coordinating with various stakeholders for successful execution. This is a pivotal position requiring exceptional organization and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage an integrated event calendar

• Lead planning for iON-hosted and partner events

• Define success metrics, budgets, and timelines for events

• Coordinate all aspects of iCONIC in Toronto and Calgary

• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Development for engagement

Requirements:

• 5+ years in marketing and event management

• Proven experience leading complex events and conferences

• Strong project management skills

• Excellent communicator with varied stakeholders

• Understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms
