Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications Canada, you will implement integrated marketing plans tailored for your region. In this role, you will strengthen relationships with franchise partners, manage promotions, and actively engage in market research. Your work aims to elevate brand awareness and enhance customer loyalty across various service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing plans to boost brand awareness

• Act as corporate marketing support for franchisees

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs

• Manage in-store promotions and community outreach

• Compile updates and testimonials for internal communications

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in multi-unit marketing roles

• Strong understanding of retail and B2B marketing

• Experience in budget management and campaign analysis

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with traditional and digital media marketing
