Customer Marketing Manager at Absolute Security

Lead impactful marketing initiatives for customers at Absolute Security. As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will craft campaigns and create compelling narratives to engage clients effectively.

This position requires a skilled marketer with over three years of experience in customer marketing or success. You will drive expansion through tailored campaigns, manage customer reference programs, and ensure our presence on review platforms like Gartner Peer Insights. Collaborating closely with customer success and sales teams, you will track and showcase our customer stories and oversee engaging events including Executive Customer Advisory Boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch campaigns to enhance customer engagement and drive activation

• Own and manage review generation initiatives on G2 and Gartner Peer Insights

• Develop and maintain the customer reference program with testimonials

• Create a centralized customer content tracking system

• Organize and execute customer events and advisory boards

Requirements:

• 3+ years in customer marketing or a related role

• Experience with customer review programs on major platforms

• Proven ability to handle reference programs and case studies

• Strong project management skills for multitasking

• Comfort with Salesforce, Asana, or similar tools
