We are seeking a Communications Manager with at least five years of experience in communications or marketing, ideally within healthcare. You will shape the organization’s messaging through digital and traditional channels while collaborating with various departments. The goal is to enhance brand awareness and improve participant communication and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop content strategy for webinars with subject matter experts

• Manage monthly newsletter creation and distribution

• Oversee an editorial calendar for engaging blog posts

• Create press releases and support marketing campaigns

• Craft culturally sensitive materials for participant communication

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in communications or related field preferred

• Minimum five years in communication roles, healthcare preferred

• Strong writing and editing skills across multiple formats

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Canva, and Microsoft Office

• Willing to travel to Welbe Health centers monthly
