Drive impactful communications as Trans Mountain's Communications Strategist based in Calgary. Develop engaging content and build relationships to enhance corporate messaging and audience engagement.
In this contractor role within the Public Affairs Department, you will leverage your extensive background in corporate communications and storytelling to cultivate trust and credibility with stakeholders. Your focus will include creating strategic content aligned with Trans Mountain’s business objectives while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure timely communication of key priorities. Hands-on involvement in stakeholder engagement will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create strategic messages that align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify content opportunities
• Advise on effective communication of business achievements
• Simplify complex technical topics for varied audiences
• Analyze content effectiveness and implement improvements
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of relevant communications experience
• Degree in Journalism, Communications, or related field
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Expertise in delivering high-quality, timely content
