The Enablement Specialist plays a key role in developing the marketer of the future within EY Canada’s Brand, Marketing and Communications (BMC) team. As BMC functions evolve through advances in AI, emerging technologies, changing client expectations and growing business complexity, continuous learning and adaptability have become critical to success. The role helps drive capability building, technology adoption, process improvement, knowledge sharing and team connectivity, enabling BMC professionals to continuously embrace new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage communications, channels and content that keep the BMC team informed, connected and aligned on priorities, opportunities and best practices.
Curate and connect BMC professionals to internal and external knowledge, communities, resources and industry‑leading practices that support continuous growth and innovation.
Enable a high‑performing team culture through BMC‑specific onboarding, engagement, recognition, collaboration and team experiences that strengthen connection and belonging.
Support leadership in delivering programs, meetings and initiatives that reinforce capability development, business acumen, culture and organizational effectiveness.
Accelerate adoption of AI, digital tools and emerging technologies that enhance marketing effectiveness, collaboration and new ways of working.
Coordinate operational processes, budgets, vendors and resources that support the successful execution and sustainability of enablement programs.
Monitor emerging skills, workforce trends and capability needs to help evolve the BMC learning and enablement roadmap and prepare the team for future business demands.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in marketing operations, enablement, project management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of marketing technologies and tools.
Exceptional project management skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
Excellent writing, communication, presentation development and delivery skills.
Naturally curious problem solver and independent thinker.
Critical thinking and analytical skills with ability to translate data into effective strategy.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, cross‑functional environment.
Experience with budget management and financial operations is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in marketing is preferred.
Compensation
We offer a competitive compensation package. Salary ranges:
Toronto: $75,600 to $113,400
London/Waterloo/Ottawa: $75,600 to $113,400
Vancouver: $75,600 to $113,400
Victoria: $75,600 to $113,400
