Client & Business Development Specialist

Elevate client relationships as a Specialist or Coordinator in Client & Business Development at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP in Calgary. This hybrid role focuses on strategic initiatives to drive business growth and marketing efforts.

As a part of our dynamic Calgary office, you will support our lawyers and teams in enhancing client interactions while identifying business opportunities. Your responsibilities will encompass research, event coordination, and marketing strategies tailored to boosting our firm’s visibility and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide collaborative solutions for client development initiatives

• Coordinate sponsorship activations and community engagement

• Maintain and draft practice group deal lists and matter descriptions

• Support RFPs with local context and relevant content

• Conduct research on clients, competitors, and market trends

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years in marketing or business development, preferably in law

• University degree in business, communications, or similar

• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

• Flexibility in work hours, including overtime
