Marketing Operations Coordinator [AQ-10501

Aquent is partnering with a well-known client to hire an Email & Campaign Operations Coordinator to support their Marketing team on a contract basis.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing organization to high-volume marketing campaigns. You'll spend much of your time supporting email marketing and digital advertising execution by reviewing creative proofs, coordinating campaign assets, performing quality assurance, trafficking campaigns, and ensuring launches happen accurately and on schedule. The role allows the Growth Marketing team to spend more time on strategy while you become the operational engine that keeps campaigns moving.

• Support high-volume email marketing execution, including proof review, QA, and campaign trafficking.
• Review marketing proofs for emails and digital advertising to ensure accuracy before launch.
• Complete trafficking forms and coordinate campaign setup with internal operations teams.
• Review QA links and verify that creative, URLs, tracking, and landing pages are correct.
• Maintain Airtable campaign plans and workflow documentation.
• Coordinate campaign approvals and follow up with internal partners.
• Support digital advertising campaign execution across seasonal, promotional, and brand campaigns.
• Help improve team capacity by taking ownership of repeatable executional work.

• 4+ years of experience supporting marketing campaigns in a coordinator, project coordinator, campaign coordinator, marketing operations, or similar role.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a natural habit of verifying work before it moves forward.
• Experience coordinating work across multiple stakeholders while maintaining project timelines.
• Experience trafficking creative assets or coordinating email marketing and advertising campaigns.
• Confidence working within fast-paced marketing, ecommerce, retail, or agency environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort using project management or workflow tools to track work and deadlines.

• Experience supporting ecommerce or retail marketing teams.
• Familiarity with workflow tools such as Workfront, Wrike, Jira, Asana, , Airtable, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to marketing reporting or campaign analytics.
• Experience supporting paid media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing campaigns.
