Position: Lead Event Specialist at Mount Royal University

The Lead Event Specialist will produce theatrical performances, concerts, and various special events at the prestigious Taylor Centre for the Performing Arts. Your expertise will guide a team of Theatre Specialists while developing industry connections and a sales-driven culture.

Your role is vital in ensuring exceptional delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and convert client leads for events

• Coordinate production processes for performances

• Prepare estimates and negotiate pricing effectively

• Lead onboarding and training of team members

• Collaborate on marketing strategies for brand promotion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

• 4-7 years in event services or performing arts

• 3+ years in event planning and management

• Strong leadership and customer service skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Google applications
