Position: Regional Marketing Role at Fix Network

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing and Communications Canada, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing integrated marketing plans for multiple franchise brands. With a focus on understanding customer needs and local market dynamics, your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing customer traffic and brand loyalty across our franchises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create integrated marketing campaigns for the region

• Provide marketing support to franchisees for brand consistency

• Conduct research to inform local marketing strategies

• Facilitate promotions and community engagement events

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and make strategy adjustments
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business

• 3+ years in multi-brand marketing, preferably in franchises

• Knowledge of retail and B2B marketing practices

• Strong data analysis and project management capabilities

• Familiarity with various media platforms
