The position will assist the HO Management Team with the planning, coordination and execution of BOL’s outdoor events, retail and mall marketing initiatives, and visual merchandising programs across all BOL locations.
This is a field-based role requiring regular travel between BOL stores, shopping malls and event locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Events
Assist the HO Management Team with planning and coordinating outdoor events, festivals, fairs, pop-ups and other event opportunities.
Coordinate event logistics, schedules, transportation, materials, setup and teardown.
Set up and maintain professional BOL booths, displays and signage.
Coordinate with event organizers, vendors and event staff.
Attend events as required to support smooth execution and resolve logistical issues.
Maintain an organized event calendar and provide updates to the HO Management Team .
2. Retail & Mall Marketing
Coordinate with mall marketing departments regarding events, promotions and marketing opportunities.
Assist with BOL participation in mall-wide events and marketing programs.
Coordinate promotional signage, posters, displays and marketing materials for all BOL locations.
Ensure marketing materials are delivered, installed and displayed correctly.
Track marketing deadlines and provide updates to the HO Management Team.
Support the implementation of BOL visual merchandising standards across all stores.
Coordinate seasonal, promotional and special displays, including windows, tables, walls and fixtures.
Visit stores as required to review visual merchandising and assist with updates.
Work with Store Managers and store teams on assigned merchandising projects.
Photograph displays and provide updates or identify areas requiring attention.
Support visual merchandising for new stores, renovations and relocations.
4. Coordination & Follow-Up
Maintain timelines and follow up on assigned events, marketing and merchandising projects.
Coordinate with stores, malls, vendors and event organizers as required.
Ensure required materials and supplies are prepared and available on time.
Communicate any delays, issues or concerns promptly to the HO Management Team
Provide regular updates on assigned projects and completed work.
The role is focused on:
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in events, retail, visual merchandising, marketing or a related field.
Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
Excellent attention to detail and visual presentation.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Creative, reliable and proactive.
Comfortable working independently and in a field-based environment.
Comfortable travelling between stores, malls and event locations.
Experience with malls, outdoor events , is an asset.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation preferred.

Effective coordination of mall and retail marketing activities.
Consistent and professional visual merchandising across BOL stores.
Strong organization, communication and follow-through.
Timely completion of assigned projects.
