Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing and engagement strategies

• Coordinate internal and external community events

• Conduct tours for prospective residents and families

• Prepare competitive market analyses

• Maintain accurate sales and marketing databases

Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 education; post-secondary education is an asset

• 2 years of relevant experience in a senior care environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Exceptional leadership and organizational skills

• Willingness to work flexible hours
