The Marketing Coordinator manages and executes a wide range of marketing activities, including organizing corporate events and trade shows across Canada and USA, preparing internal and external communication materials, and managing social media accounts. This role drives brand awareness, enhances communications, and supports growth objectives through well-executed marketing across all channels. The ideal candidate has strong execution skills, creativity, adapts quickly to new technologies, a collaborative mindset, and possesses strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Collaborate with internal teams to plan, organize, and execute trade shows, corporate events, and meetings, including handling logistics, on-site execution, booking hotel accommodations, and event photography.
• Design marketing materials, presentations, brochures, and promotional graphics in alignment with brand guidelines.
• Develop external and internal content, including ad copy, social media posts, blog entries, calendar, corporate newsletter, and print materials.
• Manage and maintain inventory of marketing materials and promotional merchandise, and coordinate purchase and shipment of new materials
• Support budget tracking and spend management on marketing campaigns and events
• Evaluate and support sponsorship opportunities that elevate CBS’s brand
• Perform other marketing, project, and administrative duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Ag Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or a combination of education and related experience will be considered.
• 3 to 5 years of marketing experience is preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams at all levels
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to craft clear, engaging marketing content for diverse audiences.
• Exceptional project and stakeholder management with attention to detail and strong service orientation
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, customer relationship management software, and strong aptitude for adopting new technologies
• Comfortable working independently with little supervision and as part of a collaborative team
• High attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple, competing priorities
• Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to contribute fresh ideas.
