Shape the future of proposals with Norton Rose Fulbright as a Pursuit Manager, overseeing high-stakes proposals for prioritized clients. Contribute to global initiatives four days a week in the office.
This position requires a proactive individual with 5-7 years of marketing or business development experience, preferably in a legal environment. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of proposals, communicate best practices, and assist in enhancing proposal quality across jurisdictions. Your strategic insights will support client engagement and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead major proposal processes for key clients
• Draft and finalize proposal content following best practices
• Collect and manage proposal materials and frameworks
• Conduct market research for targeted pitches
• Provide proposal analytics and feedback post-presentation
Requirements:
• Degree in marketing/business is preferable
• 5-7 years in proposal development or marketing
• Demonstrated writing and proofreading expertise
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French
