Shape the future of member engagement as an Advisor for West Jet's Loyalty Marketing, focusing on innovative loyalty strategies. This full-time position requires in-person collaboration.
As part of West Jet's dynamic marketing team, you will lead initiatives that build meaningful relationships with West Jet Rewards members. Reporting to the Manager, you will develop experiential campaigns and engaging content that resonates with members while highlighting the benefits of loyalty. Collaborate with stakeholders to create a seamless customer experience that educates and inspires.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop content strategies across various marketing platforms
• Execute recognition and experiential marketing programs
• Analyze customer data to enhance engagement tactics
• Prepare concise agency briefings with targeted messaging
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for campaign deployment
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related experience
• 5+ years in marketing, loyalty, or customer engagement
• Proven experience in integrated campaign management
• Strong ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Flexibility for travel as needed
