  Own and maintain a multi-platform content calendar to ensure a consistent, high-impact brand presence.
• Trend Hunting:
  Stay ahead of the curve by researching viral trends, platform updates, and audience insights to keep our content fresh.

• Visual Storytelling:
  Produce high-quality Reels, Tik Toks, and Stories using tools like Canva or Cap Cut.
• Copywriting:
  Craft witty, engaging, and brand-aligned captions that drive clicks and conversations.
• Repurposing:
  Transform long-form blogs or videos into "snackable" social assets.

• Engagement:
  Manage daily interactions-responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster a loyal community.
• Execution:
  Handle the technical side of scheduling and posting via Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer.

• The Eye: A strong sense of aesthetics and an understanding of what makes a visual "pop" in a crowded feed.
• The Voice:
  Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to pivot from professional Linked In insights to punchy Tik Tok hooks.
• The Engine:
  High organizational skills; you meet deadlines and manage multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
• The Tools:
  Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with social scheduling platforms.
