Acuity Insights is entering a new stage of growth. We’ve spent years building products used by higher education programs to make important decisions about who enters their programs and how learners are supported once they get there. Today, established products are evolving, newer products are being commercialized, and we’re exploring how to reach new audiences and markets.

As our  Senior Growth Marketing Manager , you’ll help turn that opportunity into demand.

You’re not walking into a blank slate, and you’re not inheriting a finished playbook. You’ll have enough foundation to move quickly and enough room to bring your own experience, ideas, and point of view to what comes next.

You’ll have working campaigns, a strong webinar program, recurring prospect communications, established cross‑functional partners, and improving data and measurement capabilities to build from.

You’ll also have real whitespace. Nurture is a capability we need to build. International demand generation is largely unexplored. And we want you to bring the AI practices you’re already using in Growth Marketing to help accelerate our adoption, from campaign development and content repurposing to research, testing, and analysis. Across all of it, we want to get much better at understanding what creates qualified pipeline and contributes to revenue.

You’ll be our only dedicated Growth Marketer, working hands‑on across strategy and execution while surrounded by partners across Marketing and our broader Growth organization. This opportunity will suit you particularly well if you like getting close to the business, figuring out where marketing can have the greatest commercial impact, and turning that judgment into action.

Before you apply:  This is full‑time, 16-month fixed‑term employment covering an upcoming parental leave, open to candidates based anywhere in Canada. The start date is early November 2026. The Work You’ll Do
You’ll start with Acuity’s company‑wide onboarding program, building context on our business, products, customers, and how we work. From there, you’ll go deeper into Marketing and our broader Growth organization, getting close to the campaigns, data, priorities, relationships, and rhythms that shape Growth Marketing today.

As you ramp, you’ll take increasing ownership of demand generation across our product portfolio, with the context and relationships you need to make good decisions and move independently.

You’ll set and run our quarterly demand‑generation plans, deciding how Growth Marketing can best contribute to our commercial priorities and where to focus across competing opportunities.

That means moving comfortably between strategy and execution: identifying the audiences and opportunities worth pursuing, choosing the right channels and tactics, building and launching the work, measuring what happens, and using what you learn to decide what comes next.

You’ll have autonomy to bring your own judgment and experience to the work, while staying closely connected to the business priorities, product developments, and customer insights that should shape it.
