The Role

As Program Manager, Creative Studio, you’ll sit at the operational centre of The Studio—West Jet Group’s in-house creative team working across West Jet, Sunwing, West Jet Vacations and Sell Off Vacations .

A Little About You

You genuinely love advertising, marketing and creative work. You care about what is being made, not only when it is due.

You understand how an integrated campaign comes together—from a strong brief and initial creative thinking through production, channel delivery and launch.

You are exceptionally organized. You know where the work stands, what decision is needed next, who needs to make it and what could put delivery at risk.

You are comfortable working deeply within project-management platforms, keeping the system as current and useful as the conversations happening around it.

You can move comfortably between a conversation about the creative idea and one about scope, timing, budget, production or approvals.

You are proactive and anticipate needs, dependencies and roadblocks before they become problems.

You bring structure without unnecessary bureaucracy. You know when process helps the work and when it is getting in the way.

You communicate clearly and confidently, whether you are working with a designer, writer, senior leader, marketing partner, external agency or production company.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent creative and marketing initiatives, from intake and briefing through development, production, approvals, launch and closeout.

While this role does not have direct reports, lead multidisciplinary project teams with clarity and confidence, bringing people together around shared priorities, decisions and outcomes.

Translate briefs and business requirements into clear scopes, deliverables, workback schedules, milestones, responsibilities and approval paths.

Partner closely with creative directors, creative leads, writers, designers and other Studio specialists to ensure teams have the clarity, time, resources and feedback needed to produce strong work.

Serve as a trusted day-to-day partner for Brand, Marketing, Loyalty, Digital, Social, Communications, Commercial and other teams across West Jet Group.

Lead project kickoffs, status meetings, creative reviews and production checkpoints, ensuring decisions, actions and accountabilities are clearly documented and followed through.

Establish and manage realistic timelines that account for creative development, stakeholder input, legal and regulatory review, production requirements, trafficking and delivery.
