We’re seeking a highly organized, collaborative and driven person to support our experiential brand. You’ll work closely with the Senior Events & Marketing Specialist to plan and deliver exceptional experiences. • You’ll help coordinate experiential activations, including our marquee events, sponsorship opportunities, and conference participation in cities across North America and the UK, ensuring deep alignment with our commercial goals.
• Support various events across remote locations in the US and UK including event communications, event marketing, venue coordination, vendor management, AV, printing and on-site logistics and execution.
• Use Hub Spot Marketing platform to set up event landing pages, workflows, email communications, manage invite lists, build status dashboards, etc.
• Research and compile recommendations on conferences, sponsorship opportunities, and industry events aligned with company goals.
• Manage conference registrations and event tracking.
• Support post-event and conference reporting and tracking.
• Collaborate with other teams across the organization.
