The Philanthropy Officer will be instrumental in managing a portfolio of 100 to 120 potential donors, implementing effective engagement strategies to guide them through the donor lifecycle.
Your role will directly contribute to achieving annual revenue goals exceeding $1.25M while deepening relationships that are aligned with Heritage Park’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create strategies for major and principal gifts fundraising
• Implement moves management plans to advance donor engagement
• Conduct personalized and timely donor solicitations
• Maintain accountability for portfolio performance and forecasting
• Build trust through personalized stewardship approaches
Requirements:
• Degree in nonprofit management, fundraising, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years in major gifts fundraising
• Proven ability to secure major gifts of $250,000 or higher
• Familiarity with CRM and donor management systems
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
