Community Outreach Supervisor

The Mustard Seed seeks a Community Outreach Supervisor to oversee the SEEDReach Mobile Addiction and Mental Health Outreach Team. This full-time role focuses on managing a multidisciplinary team while ensuring comprehensive care for clients dealing with addiction and mental health issues. You’ll maintain a small caseload, navigate client needs, and collaborate with community partners for effective service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer leadership, training, and support to the outreach team

• Collaborate to provide comprehensive case management

• Manage funding streams for program sustainability

• Prepare reports for stakeholders

• Document client interactions in Care Management Systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Social Work

• Minimum four years’ experience with vulnerable populations

• Excellent communication skills

• Knowledge of Calgary’s community resources

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
