Key Responsibilities:

• Execute community engagement strategies and events

• Promote MCSC initiatives via campaigns and digital outreach

• Recruit and train volunteers and ambassadors

• Build relationships with police and Indigenous communities

• Support social media and content creation efforts

Requirements:

• 3+ years in community engagement or outreach

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Experience with diverse communities

• Digital literacy in social media and content tools
