Position: Honens Development Director Role
Drive impactful fundraising initiatives as Development Director at Honens in Calgary, AB. This full-time position combines leadership and creativity to enhance donor relations and financial resources.

In this role, you will spearhead the fundraising strategy and collaborate with leadership to secure funding from donors and corporate partners. You will also play a critical role in executing engaging donor events and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage individual giving programs and campaigns

• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors

• Monitor fundraising performance and improve processes

• Plan and execute donor recognition initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in fundraising

• Proven success in securing major gifts

• Excellent communication and project management skills

• Experience with donor management systems
