Engagement Coordinator

Position: Engagement Coordinator with Open Door Group
Elevate community outreach with Open Door Group as their Community Engagement Coordinator. This full-time role is ideal for those passionate about fostering partnerships and promoting service awareness.

You will forge and maintain relationships with schools, cultural organizations, and various groups to enhance community support and service awareness in Calgary. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ODG's mission, alongside a solid grasp of the Human Rights Code and best practices in Disability, Equity, and Inclusion. Regular travel within Calgary is required for this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic partnerships through outreach initiatives

• Build and maintain connections with key community stakeholders

• Identify collaborative solutions for mutual clients

• Conduct community engagement activities regularly

• Promote Open Door Group’s services in local contexts

Requirements:

• Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Minimum three years of related experience

• Access to a personal vehicle and valid Driver's License

• Criminal record check, including vulnerable sector

• Understanding of DEI practices and community resources
