As a dedicated professional at Silvera for Seniors, you will foster holistic well-being for residents by aligning with the six Dimensions of Wellness. This full-time position requires strong program design skills and a passion for supporting older adults. You will facilitate meaningful experiences while encouraging participation and collaboration among staff, residents, and volunteers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and adapt innovative wellness programs

• Promote resident engagement in all activities

• Coach staff and volunteers to enhance program delivery

• Coordinate logistics for onsite and offsite events

• Monitor and report on resident participation and feedback
Requirements:

• Passion for working with older adults

• Experience in program design and delivery

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and program management tools

• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
