The Fund Development Officer plays a vital role in shaping Calgary's fundraising landscape for Mamas for Mamas. You will be responsible for writing grants that resonate, engaging with potential donors, and leading fundraising events that foster community connections. Working closely with the Executive Director, your initiatives will directly influence the organization's growth and mission delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pursue and manage grant applications from government sources

• Build relationships with individual donors and corporate sponsors

• Develop and implement a year-round donor stewardship plan

• Represent Mamas for Mamas at community and networking events

• Track and analyze fundraising goals and pipelines

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising

• Successful record of grant writing and relationship management

• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce
