As the Lead Program Facilitator at Triveri House, you will spearhead initiatives for young adults (18-29) dealing with chronic homelessness. Using a trauma-informed lens, you'll collaborate with staff to deliver culturally relevant programs while ensuring participant safety and engagement. Your experience will shape how staff interact and empower the youth to build life skills and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead monthly participant meetings
• Facilitate life skills development and cultural activities
• Ensure regular staff documentation and oversight practices
• Provide guidance for crisis management in real-time
• Support access to community resources and cultural ceremonies
Requirements:
• Degree/diploma in relevant social services fields
• 3-5 years experience with youth at risk of homelessness
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed care
• Must possess valid First Aid and CPR certification
• Class 4 or 5 Driver's License required
