In this role, you will be the key connector for donors at Hull Services, ensuring all inquiries are addressed with kindness and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask are essential as you support fundraising events and maintain essential data. This position is pivotal in supporting the Philanthropy & External Relations team while helping to drive successful fundraising initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Triage and respond to incoming donor calls and emails
• Assist donors in person, managing donations and contributions
• Collaborate on community events with the philanthropy team
• Keep donor database updated and assist with research tasks
• Ensure meaningful donor recognition through calls and events
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of administrative or coordination experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented approach
• Proficient in Microsoft
365 applications for effective support
• Exceptional time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
• Required police check including vulnerable sector verification
