As the Project Coordinator, you will manage the coordination and implementation of a culturally sensitive parenting program. This involves overseeing compliance with funding, ethics, and data management standards while working collaboratively with key stakeholders such as managers and research partners to ensure seamless program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate implementation of the Strengthening Parenting Capacity project
• Support the delivery of a culturally relevant parenting program
• Manage compliance with ethical and funder requirements
• Collaborate with family service and community directors
• Facilitate research and evaluation activities with Policy Wise
Requirements:
• Background in project coordination or related field
• Familiarity with parenting support programs
• Strong organizational and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of data management practices
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
Play an integral role in enhancing parenting capacity in newcomer communities through effective project coordination.
