Bilingual Community Outreach Manager

Enhance outreach initiatives as a Bilingual Community Outreach Manager with Up With Women, focusing on relationship-building and client engagement in a hybrid model.

Reporting to the Regional Manager for Anglophone Canada, this full-time role is essential in meeting recruitment and enrollment goals for UWW/EXP programs. Ideal candidates will excel in relationship management while understanding the needs of marginalized communities seeking support from our coaching program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster and manage community partnerships for outreach

• Conduct presentations and lead client engagement activities

• Implement marketing strategies to increase program visibility

• Ensure accurate data monitoring and reporting processes

• Collaborate within teams to optimize outreach efforts

Requirements:

• Bilingual capabilities in English and French

• 4+ years in outreach and community development

• Strong skills in building stakeholder trust

• Proven ability to meet recruitment targets and deadlines

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
