Responsibilities The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, implementation, and operational oversight of the Rooted in Care:
Strengthening Parenting Capacity in Newcomer Communities research intervention project. This includes supporting the delivery of a culturally adapted, evidence-based parenting program, coordinating research and evaluation activities with Policy Wise for Children & Families, and ensuring compliance with funder requirements, ethics protocols, and data management standards.
The role works closely with the Manager of Family Services, Director of Settlement and Community Services, facilitators, and research partners to ensure smooth implementation of program activities across all phases of the project, including planning, adaptation, delivery, evaluation, and knowledge mobilization.
