Key Responsibilities:

• Advance strategic fundraising priorities aligned with organizational goals

• Create engaging grant applications and stewardship reports

• Develop annual giving campaigns to inspire donor generosity

• Build and maintain lasting relationships with current and prospective donors

• Collaborate with the team to foster a culture of philanthropy

Requirements:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in communications or marketing

• Over 5 years of experience in fundraising roles

• Proficiency in Raiser’s Edge NXT or similar systems

• Familiarity with Calgary’s philanthropic community

• Strong writing and storytelling capabilities
