The Senior Major Gifts Fundraiser will manage a portfolio of 100-120 top-tier donors, implementing a donor lifecycle strategy to drive significant contributions upwards of $1.25M annually. Your focus on personalized stewardship and ethical fundraising will cultivate long-lasting relationships and strengthen community ties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement donor engagement strategies
• Conduct needs assessments for donor interests
• Prepare and execute tailored solicitations
• Track and report on donor interactions and pipeline status
• Foster an internal culture of philanthropy
Requirements:
• Relevant bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in fundraising
• Expertise in major gifts and donor relationship management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Familiarity with CRM tools considered an asset
• Professional presence in donor interactions
