As part of the Resource Development team, you will support both proposal and reporting processes to enhance institutional giving strategies.
Your role will include gathering cross-departmental input, managing the grants calendar, and developing high-quality materials that resonate with funders. You will also take the lead in synthesizing initiatives into persuasive narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the grants pipeline and reporting schedules
• Lead proposal drafting and coordination for grant submissions
• Maintain accuracy in reporting and documentation
• Facilitate collaboration among departments for proposals
• Conduct research to qualify potential funders
Requirements:
• 3–6 years in grants or institutional fundraising
• Exceptional writing skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM management, e.g., Salesforce
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
• Background in nonprofit or community-focused sectors
