Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and support volunteer coordinators effectively
• Develop robust engagement strategies for volunteers
• Manage and coordinate special events and group activities
• Facilitate training and mentorship for all volunteers
• Liaise with other departments to enhance service delivery
Requirements:
• High school diploma; post-secondary education advantageous
• At least 2 years in a leadership capacity
• Practical experience in volunteer management considered essential
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
