Position: Director Resource Development for Community Impact
Shape the future of food security as the Director of Resource Development with Calgary Meals on Wheels. Lead initiatives to increase revenue and foster community connections.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll spearhead fundraising, marketing, and partnership strategies that align with CMOW's mission. This role requires a strategic and collaborative leader who can effectively manage relationships and deliver results that matter for Calgarians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic annual resource development planning

• Oversee fundraising and donor engagement initiatives

• Enhance marketing strategies for community outreach

• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Resource Development team

• Cultivate relationships with donors and community partners

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in nonprofit or fundraising roles

• Proven ability in team management and project oversight

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Skilled in balancing multiple priorities effectively

• Dedication to impactful community service and growth
