You will manage the prospect research function, guiding standards and workflows to meet fundraising goals. Your expertise in donor intelligence, CRM advisory, and data analysis will empower effective decision-making and relationship management for WINS. Collaborating with fundraising and technical teams, you will elevate portfolio practices while shaping impactful data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead prospect research, establishing workflows and standards

• Drive strategic prospect identification for various donor types

• Oversee development of donor intelligence materials

• Provide insight on campaign readiness and relationship mapping

• Monitor portfolio health and identify fundraising opportunities

Requirements:

• 5–7 years in prospect research or fundraising operations

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems

• Strong understanding of major gifts and fundraising practices
