Hybrid Senior Officer, Youth Programs

Shape youth resilience and engagement with the Canadian Red Cross as a Senior Program Officer. This hybrid role based in Alberta focuses on community programs for underserved youth.

As a full-time, permanent team member, your responsibilities will include coordinating and implementing educational programs designed specifically for youth. With a focus on collaboration, you’ll partner with various stakeholders to deliver effective, engaging, and safe program activities tailored to community needs. Your expertise will ensure that these initiatives are evidence-informed and impactful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate community workshops for youth engagement

• Collaborate with diverse community organizations

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience in community engagement

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Strong background in delivering youth programs

• Knowledge of community engagement practices

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
